Custom Surestep Dynamic Cervical Orthosis

The Dynamic Cervical Orthosis is the most advanced system available for the treatment of head drop. This truly dynamic device is the only system available that supports a neutral, midline position, while still allowing normal movement.

Through the use of the dynamic resistance bands, the DCO resists movement, helping to facilitate strengthening of the musculature of the neck, while assisting with re-centering in midline.

Our Surestep DCO comes in three prefabricated sizes:

Infant: 7” – 9” – 11”
Pediatric: 13” – 15” – 17”
Adult: 19” – 21” – 23”

It is also available custom to measurements and can have a torticollis addition.
