Lower Limb Prosthetics

Providing top-notch lower limb prosthetics engineered to deliver exceptional performance and comfort.

C-Leg®

The Ottobock C-Leg is the original microprocessor knee. Since its launch in 1997, the C-Leg has set the standard for every other knee available, and is the world’s most studied prosthetic device.

Our research proves that with C-Leg, you will experience less falls. Because of the increased safety, your confidence in the knee will give you the freedom to no longer think about how or where you walk. No wonder 94% of amputees who use C-Leg prefer it to their previous prosthesis.  Not all microprocessor knees improve quality of life. Know the difference.

Rheo Knee®

Rheo Knee microprocessor-controlled system seamlessly detects your movements so you can walk naturally and effortlessly — even on difficult terrain. Rheo Knee learns how you move, adapting automatically so you can easily navigate slopes, stairs, tight spaces, or a brisk pace with confidence.

Proprio Foot®

In 2006, we debuted the original Proprio Foot. Featuring motorized ankle flexion, the goal was simple: to reduce trips and falls. It was a hit, winning the prestigious Red Dot design award and spawning an entire new product category. However, since our ultimate goal is to replicate the function of the human foot, there is always room for improvement.

In redesigning Proprio Foot, we first enhanced the safety and stability features that made the original so great for low-to-moderately active users in the first place. Next, we incorporated a Pro-Flex LP foot module to provide 44% more toe-off power. Add usability improvements — like single-button functionality and an integrated battery — and we’re one giant step closer to our goal.

Pro-Flex® Pivot

The Pro-Flex Pivot is an innovative multi-blade prosthetic foot, featuring a pivot mechanism. It lets you move easily and naturally, with an excellent range of ankle motion and powered push-off without a motor. It’s smooth, comfortable and adapts seamlessly to your daily needs.

As with all Pro-Flex devices, it features our proprietary 3-blade design with full effective toe lever and a more anatomical split toe. In addition, Pro-Flex Pivot includes a lightweight foot cover featuring a grippy sole for barefoot stability on wet, slick surfaces. It is easy to clean, adapts to a range of footwear and has a natural arch and footprint.

Pro-Flex® XC

Pro-Flex XC prosthetic foot is designed for active users who enjoy hiking and jogging, as well as walking on level ground.

Pro-Flex XC is fully resistant to both chlorine and salt water submersion.

The Pro-Flex XC foot reduces the need for the user to actively push the body forward and helps to equalize stride length. It allows for forward progression of the limb, reducing impact to the joints for ultimate comfort and ease.

As with all Pro-Flex devices, it features our proprietary 3-blade design with full effective toe lever and a more anatomical split toe. It is easy to clean, adapts to a range of footwear and has a natural arch and footprint.

Pro-Flex® XC Torsion

The Pro-Flex XC Torsion combines the Pro-Flex XC features of energy return and smooth roll-over, with valuable shock absorption and rotational capabilities. The sole blade offers an effective full-length toe and a wide foot blade. Less load and more dynamics mean that you’ll enjoy greater comfort in a wide range of activities.

Balance™ Foot S

Balance Foot S is a lightweight, waterproof foot specifically designed to meet the needs of low active walkers

For these users, the cushioning heel foam with gradual stiffening and wide sole blade provides enhanced stability perception, and the perception of a smooth rollover

The anatomical foot cover features a steady-grip sole and a sandal clamping toe, for the opportunity to wear different types of footwear

Össur recommends using Balance Foot S in conjunction with the sleeveless elevated vacuum suspension system Unity®, which adds minimal weight and no build height, and does not interfere with Balance Foot S dynamics.

K2 Sensation is a comfortable walking prosthetic foot with a flexible full-length fiberglass keel and mutiaxial foam core.

With smooth progression from heel strike to toe off, the stable K2 Sensation is designed to inspire user confidence.
